Provided the products you purchased are in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once an order is processed, the shipping method you chose will determine when you receive your order. Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not from the time you place your order.
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 5-14 business days depending on your location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
We offer free shipping in the continental U.S. for orders over $150.

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
