Returns & Exchanges
For purposes of this Return and Refund Policy, “we” or “our” refers to JHWC Apparel LLC, and “you” or “your” refers to the customer. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully as it constitutes your agreement with us. By engaging us to provide products, you agree to be legally bound by this Return and Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time.
Please note that this is JHWC Apparel disclaimer of legal liability for the quality or reliability of the products. JHWC Apparel makes no representation or warranty about the products, including any representation that the products will be uninterrupted or error-free and provide the products (including content and information) on “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, we disclaim any implied or statutory warranty, including any implied or statutory warranty, including any implied warranty of title, accuracy of data, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
Please note that these are the limits of legal liability JHWC Apparel LLC may have to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law (and unless we have entered into a separate written agreement that overrides this agreement), JHWC Apparel LLC will not be liable in connection with this agreement for any loss or damage or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
JHWC Apparel LLC will not be liable to you in connection with this agreement.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your order for the same item please contact us to start a return prior to sending your item to: PO Box 191694, San Francisco, CA, 94119, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
RETURN & REFUND
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or customized.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and your continued use of our products after such time will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.
